If you missed the TNT series, The Librarians, you missed an amusing ride through my mind. While watching the finale today, I found myself breathing fast, unable to read the book I held (yes, I usually multitask that way), eyes glued to what was going on.
Now, I’d been pretty low the last few days. To avoid details I can sum up easily…January sales, delayed grief and…just happens. Regardless of the why, I was questioning what I was spending my time on. And found a song whirling through my head. Perhaps you know it?
“Nobody likes me, everybody hates me, think I’ll eat some worms…”
Then, the show.
It was a wild ride through alternate versions of history, it was…exactly the sort of thing I write. And just like that, I was saved.
Now, if I could only figure out a way to tack that on my coattails… And reach the viewers who loved the show to take a chance on one of my books, or all of them!
